The wormwood "Absinth®" or "Artemisia Absinthium" in Latin, is a plant coming from the Czech Republic particularly from the Carpatos, a mountain range that crosses East Europe, and is the key ingredient for the preparation of the Absinth® (Palirna U Zeleneho Stromu) or Green Fairy, made famous between the impressionist geniuses and the romantic writers, because of the knowledge that old the Greeks consecrated this plant to Artemisa goddess of the fecundity because of its aphrodisiac properties.

The Original and old recipe of the Absinth® (Palirna U Zeleneho Stromu) is kept with much distrust in the Czech Republic and is the result of the delicate balance of several herbs, most of which contribute in one way or another to its very particular stimulating properties.

The effect on the individual is subjective, but in general it is possible to be described like clarity of the mind and awakening of the senses, accompanied by a remarkable sensation of well-being and euphoria that makes the heart overflow of joy and the imagination is excited until the limit of madness.
It has the predominant taste of the wormwood accompanied by the anis, the mejorana, hisopo, veronica, hinojo, the balsam of orange and the Angelica; an expansive result that evokes the flavors of genius of all its deads, the paintings of Van Gogh, Picasso, Cezanne, Gauguin, Manet, Degas; to the writes of Oscar Wilde, Heminway, Verlaine, Baudelaire, Mallarmé, and Rimbaud.
